100.0 grams carrot, peeled
50.0 grams potatoes, peeled
80.0 ml water
25.0 grams cod loin fillet, ready to cook
1.0 tbsp. rapeseed oil
2.0 tbsp. unsweetened applesauce


Instructions

STEP 1/3

The carrot and the potato cut into small pieces and in a proper pot of water (180 ml) to a boil. Cook for 10 minutes at reduced heat.

STEP 2/3

Then check the cod loin on bones, add to vegetable mixture and cook for another 5 minutes.

STEP 3/3

Allow to cool and puree in blender jar along with canola oil and applesauce with the Multiquick 5 Baby hand blender to form a homogeneous slurry.


You can also use other fish such as redfish, saithe and plaice. They are all rich in iodine. It is only important that you carefully check the fish piece of bone and release if necessary.
