Bagel con salmone affumicato a caldo (salmone di Stremel), crema di avocado e strisce di mango e finocchio

Ingredienti
 
  • 4 bagel di sesamo
  • 135 g di salmone affumicato a caldo, naturale (1 confezione)


Ingredienti per la crema di avocado
 
  • 2 cucchiai di crème fraîche
  • 1 avocado
  • Succo di mezzo limone
  • Sale marino
  • Pepe nero appena macinato


Ingredienti per l’insalata
 
  • 1 mango piccolo
  • 1 finocchio piccolo
  • 1 cipolla rossa
  • 4 ciuffi di prezzemolo a foglia piatta
  • 2 cucchiai di aceto di frutta
  • 1 cucchiaino di senape di Digione
  • 2 cucchiai di miele liquido
  • Sale marino
  • Pepe nero appena macinato
  • 2 cucchiai di olio neutro


Ingredienti per la decorazione
 
  • 1 confezione piccola di crescione


Preparazione dell’insalata
 
  1. Per preparare l’insalata, lavare e pulire il finocchio e rimuovere il gambo.
  2. Tagliare il finocchio in strisce sottili.
  3. Pelare le cipolle, tagliarle a metà e poi tagliare anche queste a strisce molto sottili.
  4. Pelare il mango e tagliare la polpa a strisce sottili.
  5. Per la vinaigrette, lavare e asciugare il prezzemolo e tagliare finemente le foglie.
  6. Miscelare l’aceto, il prezzemolo, la senape e il miele.
  7. Mescolare nell’olio.
  8. Condire con sale e pepe.
  9. Miscelare il finocchio, la cipolla e le fette di mango con la vinaigrette.


Preparazione della crema di avocado
 
  1. Per la crema di avocado, pelare l’avocado, passarlo con la crème fraîche e il succo di limone. Condire con sale e pepe.
  2. Riscaldate le metà del bagel usando la funzione per bagel dell’ID Breakfast Collection Toaster HT 5015 di Braun.
  3. Spalmare la crema di avocado sulla metà inferiore del bagel. Completare con l’insalata di finocchio e mango. Rompere delicatamente il salmone in pezzi e spargerlo sull’insalata.
  4. Decorare con il crescione e servire immediatamente.

Earl Grey poached pears with caramel sauce

Serves 4
Preparation time: 40 min

Ingredients
 
  • 1.7 litre boiling water
  • 6 bags Earl Grey tea
  • 4 small pears
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 80 ml caramel sauce


Preparation
 
  1. Boil the water with Braun’s ID Breakfast Collection Water kettle. Pour 1 litre in a pot and let 2 tea bags steep in it according to the instructions on the packet. Keep the rest of the water warm in the kettle with its keep-warm function.
  2. Now wash the pears, cut them into 0.5 cm thick slices and drizzle them with lemon juice.
  3. Sweeten the tea in the pot with some honey and blanch the pear slices in it for 20 minutes on medium heat.
  4. To serve, drizzle some caramel sauce onto 4 plates and arrange the pear slices on top.
  5. Use the remaining water in the kettle to enjoy a cup of Earl Grey with your dish.

Caramel Frappuccino with whipped cream topping

Serves 4
Preparation time: 10 min
Cooking: 10 min

Ingredients for the Frappuccino
 
  • 2 cups cold coffee
  • 300g crushed ice (or ice cubes)
  • 100ml milk
  • 4 tbsp. caramel sauce


Ingredients for the topping
 
  • 250ml whipping cream
  • 4 tbsp. caramel sauce


Preparation
 
  1. First, brew the coffee with Braun’s ID Breakfast Collection Coffee maker and let it cool down.
  2. Now, whip the cream until stiff and fill it into a piping bag for the topping.
  3. Put the cold coffee, ice cubes, milk and caramel sauce into Braun’s PowerBlend 7 Jug blender. Mix until the ice is completely crushed and you have a thick mass.
  4. To serve, fill 4 glasses with Frappuccino, top with the whipped cream and drizzle with the caramel sauce.
