Bagel con salmón ahumado en caliente (salmón Stremel), crema de aguacate y tiras de mango e hinojo

Para 4 personas
Tiempo de preparación: 25 min.

Ingredientes
 
  • 4 panecillos de sésamo
  • 135 g de salmón ahumado en caliente, natural (1 paquete)


Ingredientes para la crema de aguacate.
 
  • 2 cucharadas. crème fraîche
  • 1 aguacate
  • jugo de medio limón
  • sal marina
  • pimienta negra, recién molida


Ingredientes para la ensalada
 
  • 1 mango pequeño
  • 1 hinojo pequeño
  • 1 cebolla roja
  • 4 tallos de perejil de hoja plana
  • 2 cucharadas. vinagre de frutas
  • 1 cucharadita. mostaza de Dijon
  • 2 cucharadas. miel liquida
  • sal marina
  • pimienta negra, recién molida
  • 2 cucharadas. aceite neutro


Ingredientes para la decoración
 
  • 1 caja pequeña de berros


Preparación de ensalada
 
  1. Para preparar la ensalada, lava y limpia el hinojo y retira el tallo.
  2. Cortar el hinojo en tiras finas.
  3. Pela las cebollas, córtalas a la mitad y córtalas en tiras muy finas.
  4. Pelar el mango y cortar la carne en tiras finas.
  5. Para la vinagreta, lava y seca el perejil y pica finamente las hojas.
  6. Mezcla el vinagre, el perejil, la mostaza y la miel.
  7. Batir en el aceite.
  8. Sazona con sal y pimienta.
  9. Mezcla las rodajas de hinojo, cebolla y mango con la vinagreta.


Preparación de crema de aguacate
 
  1. Para la crema de aguacate, pelar el aguacate, hacer puré con crema fresca y jugo de limón. Condimentar con sal y pimienta.
  2. Calienta las mitades del panecillo con la función de panecillo de la Tostadora de desayuno de Braun.
  3. Extiende la crema de aguacate sobre la mitad inferior del bagel. Cubre con la ensalada de hinojo y mango. Cuidadosamente desgarra el salmón en pedazos y esparce sobre la ensalada.
  4. Decorar con los berros y servir de inmediato.

Earl Grey poached pears with caramel sauce

Serves 4
Preparation time: 40 min

Ingredients
 
  • 1.7 litre boiling water
  • 6 bags Earl Grey tea
  • 4 small pears
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 80 ml caramel sauce


Preparation
 
  1. Boil the water with Braun’s ID Breakfast Collection Water kettle. Pour 1 litre in a pot and let 2 tea bags steep in it according to the instructions on the packet. Keep the rest of the water warm in the kettle with its keep-warm function.
  2. Now wash the pears, cut them into 0.5 cm thick slices and drizzle them with lemon juice.
  3. Sweeten the tea in the pot with some honey and blanch the pear slices in it for 20 minutes on medium heat.
  4. To serve, drizzle some caramel sauce onto 4 plates and arrange the pear slices on top.
  5. Use the remaining water in the kettle to enjoy a cup of Earl Grey with your dish.

Caramel Frappuccino with whipped cream topping

Serves 4
Preparation time: 10 min
Cooking: 10 min

Ingredients for the Frappuccino
 
  • 2 cups cold coffee
  • 300g crushed ice (or ice cubes)
  • 100ml milk
  • 4 tbsp. caramel sauce


Ingredients for the topping
 
  • 250ml whipping cream
  • 4 tbsp. caramel sauce


Preparation
 
  1. First, brew the coffee with Braun’s ID Breakfast Collection Coffee maker and let it cool down.
  2. Now, whip the cream until stiff and fill it into a piping bag for the topping.
  3. Put the cold coffee, ice cubes, milk and caramel sauce into Braun’s PowerBlend 7 Jug blender. Mix until the ice is completely crushed and you have a thick mass.
  4. To serve, fill 4 glasses with Frappuccino, top with the whipped cream and drizzle with the caramel sauce.
