Ingredients

Servings: 2
Makes:

200 grams carrots, peeled
125 ml water
1 tbsp. rapeseed oil

Instructions

STEP 1/2

Cut the peeled carrots into small pieces and place in a suitable pot with a little water (125 ml) and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 to 12 minutes.

STEP 2/2

Transfer everything to the mixing cup. Add the rapeseed oil and purée into a consistent mixture with the MultiQuick 5 Baby hand blender.

You could also make this purée using the same amount of pumpkin, parsnips or broccoli.
The purée is freezer-friendly. If you triple the recipe, you could fill the entire freezer container using the spatula. At the start, your baby will only need one of these servings, and then after two weeks your darling will need two servings of vegetables per meal.
