4  oranges
1 piece of ginger, thumb-size
2  lemons
1 piece of turmeric, thumb-size, or 1 tsp. of turmeric powder
1 tsp. coconut oil
1 tsp. honey, or maple syrup

Instructions

STEP 1/4

Squeeze the oranges and lemons.

STEP 2/4

Peel the ginger and turmeric.

STEP 3/4

Blend all the ingredients with Braun’s MQ 5 Vario shaft.

STEP 4/4

The shot can be kept cool in the refrigerator for several days.
