80  Brauner Zucker
2 große Bananen, sehr reif
1  Ei
80  Butter, weich (etwas Butter für die Backform aufbewahren)
60  Mandelmus, (oder Nussmuss)
2 TL Milch, (oder pflanzenbasierte Milch)
1 TL Zimt
1 TL Backpulver
  Salz
  Nüsse, zum Garnieren
  Schokoladenstückchen, zum Garnieren
  getrocknete Bananen, zum Garnieren
  Haferflocken, zum Garnieren


Instructions

STEP 1/5

Den Backofen auf 170°C (Ober-/Unterhitze) vorheizen und ein Muffinblech mit etwas Butter einfetten.

STEP 2/5

Alle Zutaten für den Teig in den MultiQuick 7 1,5 l Küchenmaschinen-Aufsatz mit dem Knethaken geben und zu einem glatten Teig verarbeiten.

STEP 3/5

Den Teig in die Muffin-Backformen verteilen. Jeden Muffin mit dem Belag Ihrer Wahl bestreuen.

STEP 4/5

Im vorgeheizten Backofen etwa 25 Minuten backen, bis die Oberseite der Muffins leicht gebräunt ist. Dann abkühlen lassen.

Bei Raumtemperatur innerhalb von 2 Tagen aufbrauchen. Im Kühlschrank aufbewahrt, innerhalb von 4 Tagen verbrauchen.
Dieses Rezept wurde mit dem MultiQuick 7 (MQ 7075 X) von Braun zubereitet.
Sie können das Rezept auch mit einem anderen Stabmixer zubereiten, wie z.B. dem MultiQuick 9 (MQ 9175 XL) oder MultiQuick 5 Vario (MQ 5277 BK) von Braun.
