1  cebolla, cortado en dados
1  zanahoria, cortado en dados
1 tallo apio, cortado en dados
  aceite de oliva, según sea necesario
1000 gramos pechuga de pollo, cortada en trozos de 3 cm
  sal, según sea necesario
  pimienta, según sea necesario
1  diente de ajo, triturado
400 gramos tomates picados en lata
1 cucharada agua
0.5 cucharadita tomillo seco, o usar hierbas frescas
0.5 cucharadita orégano seco, o usar hierbas frescas
70 gramos aceitunas verdes
  perejil fresco, al gusto, picado finamente


Instructions

STEP 1/5

Recubre la bandeja con papel de hornear.

STEP 2/5

Añade las verduras cortadas en dados y el pollo, rocía con un poco de aceite de oliva y sazona bien.

STEP 3/5

Selecciona la función HORNO, POLLO, 200 °C, programa 8 minutos y pulsa el botón START.

STEP 4/5

Añade los tomates, el agua, las hierbas, las aceitunas y el condimento, y cocina a 180 °C durante 10 minutos.

STEP 5/5

Una vez cocinado, añade un puñado de perejil picado y remueve para mezclar.


Revuelve los ingredientes durante la cocción; añade otra cucharada de agua si la salsa es demasiado espesa, según sea necesario.
