Ingredients

Makes:

8.0 slices smoked salmon
1.0  avocado
2.0 juice of limes
2.0 tbsp. cream cheese
20.0 leaves coriander
1.0  sesame seeds
 to taste ground black pepper
 to taste sea salt
150.0 grams goji berries
1.0 tbsp. sweet chilli sauce
1.0 tbsp. soy sauce
1.0 teaspoon rice vinegar
1.0  tomato ketchup


Instructions

STEP 1/3

Prepare the avocado rolls by placing the avocado and its stone in the beaker of the MQ9 and add the lime juice, cream cheese and coriander leaves. Blend to a course purée and season to taste. The unique ACTIVEBlades move up and down to easily blend the hardest foods with 40% less effort.*

STEP 2/3

Place 1 slice of the smoked salmon on a chopping board and place a spoonful of avocado purée in the middle. Roll to enclose and repeat with the remaining 7 to make 8 rolls. Place the salmon rolls on a serving plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Garnish with micro leaves.

STEP 3/3

For the goji berry sauce, place all ingredients into the MQ 30 chopper accessory (500 ml) and blend to a purée.
