Ingredients

Servings: 4
Makes:

4.0 large potatoes, peeled
2.0 tbsp. oregano, dried
6.0  cardamom pods
1.0 tbsp. cumin, seeds
3.0 tbsp. cayenne pepper
2.0 tbsp. paprika
1.0 tbsp. garlic, powder
1.0 tbsp. sea salt

Instructions

STEP 1/3

Homemade French fries have never been that easy: use the MQ 70 Food processor accessory with its French fry disc. Attach Braun’s MQ 7 Hand blender and while pressing the convenient Smart Speed button on medium speed fil the peeled potatoes through the filling tube.

STEP 2/3

With only one click attach the MQ 70 to the MQ 20 chopper accessory, add all the ingredients for the spice mix and press hard to get full speed and extra fine results.

STEP 3/3

Deep-fry the potatoes until crisp and golden. Drain well and season with piri piri spice mix.

This recipe was prepared using Braun’s MQ 7 Hand blender with its MQ MQ 40 (1.25 l) chopper/blender accessory, like for example in our set: MQ 745 Aperitive.
This recipe can be also prepared using MQ 5045 WH Aperitive or MQ 545 Aperitive.
