1.0  green apple
1.0  dragon fruit
1.0  kiwi
1.0 small pineapple
350.0 grams watermelon
150.0 grams strawberries
2.0  passion fruits
1.0  lime
1.0 teaspoon agave syrup
 as needed coconut chips


Instructions

STEP 1/5

Peel dragon fruit, kiwi, pineapple and watermelon. Dice all fruit with Braun’s MultiQuick 9 hand blender and its dicer attachment and then place in a sufficiently large bowl.

STEP 2/5

Halve passion fruits and scoop out pulp into a small bowl.

STEP 3/5

Squeeze lime, add juice and mix with agave syrup.

STEP 4/5

Mix dressing with the whisk accessory and pour over salad.

STEP 5/5

The coconut chip topping gives the fruit salad a slightly exotic flair.
