Ingredients

Servings: 2
Makes:

0.5 Tbsp ground cardamon
0.5 Tbsp ground cumin
1 medium onion, diced
1 Tbsp sugar
120 grams Brie, slice
2 as needed bread rolls, cut in half & toasted
2 bunches lamb's lettuce
2 as needed chicken breasts, skinned
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 Tbsp sweet mustard
2 as needed tomatoes, sliced
200 grams blueberries
50 ml sherry vinegar
 to taste seasoning

Instructions

STEP 1/7

Attach the MQ 20 chopper accessory to Braun’s MQ 7 Hand blender - it takes quick care of the small things for you. Put in the peeled garlic cloves and chop by simply pulsing one or two times.

STEP 2/7

Lightly brush the chicken breasts with the chopped garlic in olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Grill the chicken on the barbecue and cook for 5 minutes on each side until the chicken is cooked through but moist in the middle. Leave to rest for 2-3 minutes.

STEP 3/7

To get evenly sliced tomatoes extremely quickly for the burgers, attach the MQ 70 food processor accessory with its slicing insert and start slicing the tomatoes on medium speed.

STEP 4/7

Slice each bread roll in half. Place, cut-side down, on the barbecue rack and toast for 1 minute until lightly charred. On the bottom half of the bread roll, place a little sweet mustard and a couple of tomato slices on top. Slice the chicken breast in half and place on top of the tomatoes. Garnish with a slice of Brie and lamb’s lettuce.

STEP 5/7

To prepare the blueberry chutney, attach the MQ 20 chopper accessory to chop the onion extremely quickly without tearing eyes. Combine 100 g of blueberries with all ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then turn heat down and simmer until the blueberries and onion are softened, about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

STEP 6/7

Then attach Braun’s MQ 20 chopper accessory again to your hand blender, and start blending the mixture until smooth. Then add the remaining blueberries. Leave to cool.

STEP 7/7

Serve the chicken and Brie burger with the fruity blueberry chutney.

This recipe was prepared using Braun’s MQ 7 Hand blender with its MQ 20 chopper accessory (350 ml) and MQ 70 food processor accessory (1,5 l) with its slicing insert, like for example in our set: MQ 785 Patisserie Plus.
This recipe can be also prepared using MQ 787 Gourmet.
