Ingredients

100 grams flax seeds, ground
1 tsp. chia seeds
120 ml water
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
2 tbsp. sunflower seeds
2 tbsp. almonds
0.5 tsp. ground turmeric
1 tbsp. virgin olive oil
0.5 tsp. sea salt
20 grams rice flour
0.5 tsp. curry powder
1 pinch of baking soda


Instructions

STEP 1/8

Preheat the oven (fan: 170°C).

STEP 2/8

Chop the sunflower seeds and almonds with Braun’s MultiQuick 9 500ml chopper attachment.

STEP 3/8

Place the ground flax seeds in a bowl with chia seeds and let it soak in the water for about 20 minutes.

STEP 4/8

Use the EasyClick system to switch easily from the 500ml chopper attachment to the food processor attachment. Put the remaining ingredients into the food processor with the kneading hook and knead to a firm, slightly wet dough. Add some water if necessary.

STEP 5/8

Pour the dough on parchment paper lined baking sheet and flatten it evenly.

STEP 6/8

Bake the crackers mid-height for about 30 minutes until crispy. Be careful not to burn them.

STEP 7/8

Break the baked mass into crackers.

STEP 8/8

Blend all Avocado Cream ingredients creamy with the MQ 9 shaft.


This recipe was prepared using Braun’s MultiQuick 9 (MQ 9187XLI). Prepare the recipe also with one of our other models. A chopper attachment is not necessarily needed but you can simply use the food processor attachment with the chopping tool instead.
