0.25  cucumber
250.0 grams Greek yoghurt
150.0 ml mineral water
7.0  mint leaves
3.0 drops lime juice
 to taste salt

Instructions

STEP 1/3

Peel avocado and cucumber, remove pit and seeds, and dice.

STEP 2/3

Place the avocado and cucumber in the Braun JB 7192 PowerBlend 7 together with all the other ingredients. Blend to a smooth puree on speed 4.

STEP 3/3

Season your ayran with a little salt and pour into glasses. Enjoy!
