Day 6 - Recipes


Banana cashew vanilla smoothie

Makes 1 serving
Preparation time: 5min

  • 200ml almond drink
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tbsp cashew purée
  • vanilla extract

  1. Purée all ingredients with the help of Braun’s MultiQuick 5V Fit hand blender.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        



Tomato and carrot soup

Makes 2 servings
Preparation time: 60min

  • 6 tomatoes
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1.5 litres vegetable stock
  • salt and pepper
  • oregano

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Cut the tomatoes into four equal pieces and remove the skin.
  3. Roughly dice the carrots and onion.
  4. Put the ingredients into a casserole dish, drizzle with olive oil and season with oregano, salt and freshly ground pepper.
  5. Roast the vegetables in the oven for 20 minutes.
  6. In the meantime, bring the vegetable stock to a boil. Add the roasted vegetables and simmer for another 10 minutes.
  7. Purée everything with the help of Braun’s MultiQuick 5V Fit hand blender until you have a smooth soup.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  



Zoodles with prawns and tomatoes

Makes 1 serving
Preparation time: 45min

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 150g prawns
  • ½ onion
  • ½ cloves of garlic
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 courgette
  • ½ lemon (juice only)
  • 1 tsp vegetable stock
  • 100ml water
  • salt and pepper

  1. If necessary, defrost the prawns.
  2. Cut the courgettes into thin strips with the Spiralizer accessory of Braun’s MultiQuick 5V Fit hand blender. Chop the onion and garlic into fine cubes.
  3. Fry the prawns in a pan with olive oil before removing from the pan.
  4. Next, add the onion and garlic to the pan and deglaze with the vegetable stock.
  5. Chop the tomatoes and simmer briefly.
  6. Add the prawns, lemon juice and spices and allow to steep briefly.
  7. Then fold in the zoodles.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                



Protein raspberry ice cream

Makes 1 serving
Preparation time: 5min

  • 150g frozen raspberries
  • 100g low-fat quark
  • 15g vanilla protein powder (whey)
  • 2-3 tbsp water

  1. Purée all ingredients until they have a smooth consistency with the help of Braun’s MultiQuick 5V Fit hand blender.
