Ingredients

Servings: 2
Makes:

100 grams sugar
150 grams sugar
2 Tbsp mineral water
250 grams fresh strawberries
400 ml condensed milk
2 ml cream, an equal mixture of mascarpone and whipping cream
1 juice of lemon

Instructions

STEP 1/5

Doe the strawberry puree for the strawberries, the water, the sugar, and lemon juice into the Braun MQ chopper 40 / ice crushing and mash everything is fine. Pass the mixture through a fine sieve.

STEP 2/5

REPLACE the chopper / ice crushing the MQ 10 guard, what happened in an instant thanks to the Easy Click system. Add the cream and sugar in a large bowl and beat until stiff peaks occur. Place the whipped cream mixture separately.

STEP 3/5

Do the condensed milk and the coconut cream in a bowl and whisk until the mixture starts to foam light for 2 minutes.

STEP 4/5

Giet frothed coconut cream slowly in the whipped cream and add the strawberry puree. Then mix the coconut cream and strawberry puree with a plastic spatula carefully into the cream mixture. Place the mixture in an airtight container, put a lid on the box or cover with plastic wrap and put at least 4-5 hours in the freezer.

STEP 5/5

Leave the ice thaw before serving 10 minutes. Garnish with fresh strawberries.

The ice can be put a week in advance and prepared in the freezer.
