Ingredients

Servings: 4
Makes:

60.0 grams almond butter
150.0 grams muesli, sugar-free (wholegrain flakes etc.)
1.0  ripe banana
50.0 grams dates
2.0 tbsp. honey


Instructions

STEP 1/4

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (circulating air).

STEP 2/4

Then add the almond butter to the Braun’s MultiQuick 5 Vario Hand Blender 500ml chopper with the banana, honey and dates and finely chop.

STEP 3/4

Add the muesli to the mixture and use damp hands to roll around 25 balls.

STEP 4/4

Place the muesli balls onto a baking rack lined with baking paper and bake in the oven for around 15 minutes.


The muesli balls can be kept in an airtight container for around a week.
