Ingredients

Servings: 4
Makes:

250 grams white flour
75 ml olive oil
0.5 tsp. salt
0.5 tsp. dried yeast
150 ml water, lukewarm
1 tsp. semolina
2 cloves garlic, peeled
100 ml olive oil
150 grams sun dried tomatoes
1 tbsp. pine nuts
2 tbsp. parmesan cheese, freshly grated
 to taste salt
 to taste pepper
12  ice cubes


Instructions

STEP 1/3

For the dough, use the kneading hookand the big bowlfrom Braun’s TributeCollectionFood processor FX 3030. After combining the flour, yeast and salt, slowly add the water and oil and mix to a soft dough. Leave the dough to rise for 1 hour. Just leave it rise right into the big bowl since for the pesto the second bowl is ready to use.

STEP 2/3

For the pesto, place all the ingredients except the oil into the jug blender. Start blending slowly, then gradually add the oil and increase to a high speed until smooth.

STEP 3/3

Roll out the dough and garnish to your liking.
