Ingredients

Servings: 2
Makes:

400.0 grams broccoli
1.0  onion
1.0 clove garlic
500.0 ml vegetable stock
  water
  ground nutmeg
 to taste salt
 to taste pepper


Instructions

STEP 1/4

Wash the broccoli and cut into small pieces. Peel the onion and potatoes and chop into small cubes.

STEP 2/4

Place the broccoli, onion, garlic and vegetable stock into a saucepan. Fill the saucepan with water, covering the vegetables.

STEP 3/4

Bring the soup to a boil and let it cook for a further 10 minutes, until the broccoli is soft.

STEP 4/4

Attach the blending shaft to Braun’s MultiQuick 5V Fit hand blender and blend the soup until smooth. Then add the nutmeg. If the soup is too thick, dilute with water as necessary. Season with salt and pepper.
