Roll the tofu in the cornflour until it is lightly dusted.
Heat a wok or large non-stick frying pan over high heat.
Add olive oil and the onion, chilli and tofu. Stir-fry for 1 minute and add the broccoli. Stir-fry for 2 minutes more or until the broccoli is bright green and tender.
Add soy sauce, agave syrup and basmati rice. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes more until the rice is heated through, sprinkle with flaked almonds and season to taste.
For the dressing, soak the goji berries in the warm water and set aside for a couple of minutes.
