Ingredients

Servings: 1
Makes:

1  romaine lettuce hearts
1  red onion
4  radishes, optional
1 tsp. honey
1 small cucumber
150 grams cherry tomatoes, optional
100 grams smoked salmon
  goat cheese, fresh, or cream cheese
1 tsp. mustard
1 tbsp. white wine vinegar, or apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. olive oil
  salt
  pepper


Instructions

STEP 1/4

Wash the romaine lettuce, pull apart the larger leaves and halve the cherry tomatoes.

STEP 2/4

Peel the onion, wash the radish and cucumber and slice with Braun’s MultiQuick 9 food processor attachment using the fine slicing insert.

STEP 3/4

Mix everything well and drape into a bowl. Spread the goat's cheese and salmon over the salad.

STEP 4/4

For the dressing, use the whisk attachment to whisk all the ingredients together in a bowl and spoon the dressing over the salad.


For the vegan version, the salmon can be replaced with smoked tofu pieces and the goat's cheese with a vegan cream cheese. Replace the honey in the dressing with maple syrup or agave syrup.
