Ingredients

Servings:
Makes: 9

250 grams spelt flour
80 grams brown sugar
2 large bananas, very ripe
1  egg
80 grams butter, soft (keep a little extra butter for the baking tin)
60 grams almond butter, (or nut butter)
2  milk, (or plant-based milk)
1  cinnamon
1  baking powder
 pinch of salt
  nuts, to garnish
  dark chocolate chunks, to garnish
  dried banana, slices, to garnish
  porridge oats, to garnish


Instructions

STEP 1/4

Preheat the oven to 170°C (top/bottom heat) and grease a muffin tray with a little butter.

STEP 2/4

Put all the ingredients for the dough into Braun’s MultiQuick 7 food processor 1.5 l attachment using the kneading hook and mix to form a smooth dough.

STEP 3/4

Divide the dough between the hollows in the muffin tray. Sprinkle each muffin with the toppings of your choice.

STEP 4/4

Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes until the top of the muffins has slightly browned. Then leave to cool.


If left at room temperature, use within 2 days. If kept in the fridge, use within 4 days.
This recipe was prepared using Braun’s MultiQuick 7 (MQ 7075X).
