16 ounces roasted cashews, raw or dry (or peanuts or almonds)
1 teaspoon kosher salt, (or sea salt)
1  raw honey, (or agave)


Instructions

STEP 1/3

1. Place the nuts of choice, salt and honey into the blender jug. Secure the lid and turn on the machine.

STEP 2/3

2. Select the spread program and turn the iTextureControl dial to your desired texture: coarse, medium or smooth. With the machine running, use the tamper to combine well.

STEP 3/3

3. Using a spatula, scoop the nut butter into anairtight container and keep refrigerated. Remove 15-30 minutes before using and mix well with a spoon before serving.
