Ingredients

1 juice of lemon
1 small cucumber
1 Tbsp chives, chopped
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
2 as needed carrots, peeled
2 Tbsp honey
200 grams cheddar cheese
3 Tbsp olive oil
6 as needed tomatoes, diced


Instructions

STEP 1/5

Use Braun’s MQ 70 food processor accessory with its slicing insert and attach the MQ 7 Hand blender. Easily press the cucumber through the filling tube and slice the cucumber on medium speed into even slices. Place in a separate bowl.

STEP 2/5

Exchange the slicing insert with the shredding insert for the carrots. Use the filling tube again. Add the carrots to the cucumbers.

STEP 3/5

Add the diced tomatoes to the bowl and sprinkle with the chopped chives. To chop the chives, exchange the MQ 7 Hand blender to the MQ 20 chopper accessory with one simple click. Add chives and pulse a few times.

STEP 4/5

Re-attach the MQ 7 Hand blender to the MQ 70 food processor accessory, now using the grating insert to grate the cheese. Sprinkle on top of the bowl

For the dressing, place all the ingredients into Braun’s 600 ml beaker and attach the MQ 7 Hand blender to the MQ 10 whisk accessory. Whisk well to combine and dress the salad with the mustard, honey and lemon dressing
