250 grams chickpeas, cooked
1 clove garlic
4 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. sherry vinegar
2  anchovy fillets, salted


Instructions

STEP 1/1

Place all the ingredients in Braun’s MQ 20 chopper accessory and attach the MQ 7 Hand blender. It doesn’t get any easier and faster than this. Just start at low speed and increase the pressure on the button for higher speeds and finer results. Continue blending to a smooth puree.
