The small chopper can be used to chop, shred or mince a wide variety of vegetables, meats, nuts or herbs.The HC chopper is especially suitable for meat, cheese, onions, herbs, garlic, chillies(withwater),carrots,walnuts,hazelnuts,almondsand prunes. Pleasenote that it is recommended to make use of the highest speed level when processing hard ingredients - e.g. parmesan cheese. It is not recommended to process very hard goods in the HC chopper. Ingredients like: Ice cubes, nutmeg, coffee-beans or grains are not suitable for this chopper.
