Avocado toast with soft boiled egg

 
Serves 4
Preparation time: 20 min
​​​​​​​Ingredients
​​​​​​​
  • 4 slices of bread
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 lime
  • 4 medium size eggs
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation
​​​​​​​
  1. Remove the avocado from the shell and finely purée with lime juice, salt and pepper using Braun’s MQ 9 Hand blender.
  2. For the soft boiled egg, boil one litre of water and prick a small hole in the eggs on the round sides of the shells with an egg piercer. This reduces the risk of the shell cracking.
  3. Using a spoon, carefully place the eggs in the boiling water and soft boil them for about 5 minutes. Take out the eggs after the time is up and rinse them under cold water.
  4. Set Braun’s ID Breakfast Collection Toaster to level 4 and toast the slices of bread until golden-brown.
  5. Then immediately spread the slices with the avocado.
  6. To serve, place the halved eggs on the slices of toast and sprinkle with salt and pepper and drizzle with some lime juice.

Sprinkle lime or lemon juice on your open avocado.

How to keep an open avocado from browning

Prevent leftover avocados from browning by sprinkling lime or lemon juice on the exposed flesh, sealing it tightly and keeping it in the fridge. Pomegranate iced tea with fresh mint

 
For 1,5 litres pomegranate iced tea
Preperation time: over night
Cooking time: 15 min

Ingredients

  • 1.5 litres boiling water
  • 2 pomegranate fruit tea bags
  • Seeds of one pomegranate
  • 1 lemon, cut into slices
  • 4 sprigs fresh mint
  • 1 tbsp. honey

Preparation
​​​​​​​
  1. Boil the water with Braun’s ID Breakfast Collection Water kettle and let the tea bag steep in it according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Sweeten the tea with honey and let it cool down.
  3. Now add half the pomegranate seeds, the mint and the lemon slices and let the tea steep in the fridge overnight.
  4. On the next day, strain the tea and sweeten it more with honey if required, then pour it into a pitcher with the rest of the pomegranate seeds, lemon slices and mint and serve with ice.

White Chocolate Mocha

 
Serves 4
Preparation time: 10 min

Ingredients
  • 80ml white chocolate syrup
  • 4 cups brewed coffee
  • 800ml milk
  • 250ml whipping cream

Preparation
​​​​​​​
  1. First, whip the cream until stiff and fill it into a piping bag.
  2. Heat the milk in a pot.
  3. Put the white chocolate syrup in the glasses and pour the hot coffee from Braun’s ID Breakfast Collection Coffee maker over it using the 4 cup setting.
  4. Now fill the glasses with the hot milk. If the ingredients do not blend on their own, a simple quick stir should do it. Now garnish the white chocolate mocha with the whipped cream and serve immediately.

Vitamin citrus drink

 
Serves 4
Preparation time: 10 min

Ingredients
  • 2 fresh oranges
  • 1 fresh lemon
  • 150 ml apple juice
  • 1 teaspoon fructose
  • Ice cubes

Preparation
  1. Peel the oranges and the lemon and fill them into the chute of Braun’s PureEase Spin Juicer SJ 3100 and process on speed 1.
  2. Fill the fresh juice into a glass and add the apple juice and sugar.
  3. Stir well and add ice cubes.
  4. Enjoy!
