In accordance with Art. 3, Chapter II of the Data Act, please find below some information regarding data created by using our connected products and Apps.
Connected Product Data
While using one of our connected products, you are creating non-personal data called “Connected Product Data”.

Please be informed we will use the data in order to provide you with our services and with a personalized experience and for statistics purposes. We will not share such data with external parties.

You can contact us by writing an email to access.productdata@delonghigroup.com. Please be aware that we might need the email address you used to create your account and the serial number of your product.
You acknowledge that, although singular Connected Product and Related Service Data might not constitute trade secret, the collection and processing of a vast amount of Product data can potentially provide relevant technical and commercial information that may be subject to trade secret protection.
We remind you that, in accordance with Article 4.10 of the Data Act, you shall not use the Connected Product and Related Service Data obtained by De’Longhi to develop a product that competes with the connected product from which the data originate, nor share the data with a third party with that intent and shall not use such data to derive insights about the economic situation, assets and production methods of De’Longhi.
For any complaints or reports on how your data is processed we will make every effort to respond to your concerns. However, if you wish, you can forward your complaints or reports to the responsible authority in your Country.
