Grilled Sweetcorn with honey and lime
This vibrant and delicious side dish is packed full of flavour from the honey and lime butter. For an easy side to accompany your barbeque, this is the recipe to try.

Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil, add the whole sweetcorn, parboil for 3 minutes, drain then set aside.

Place the grill inside the drawer, select the GRILL function, VEGETABLES, 200°C, set 20 minutes and press the START button. The preheating phase will begin.

Once preheating is complete, place the sweetcorn on the grill and press the START button.

Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the softened butter, garlic, coriander, honey, lime zest, lime juice, salt, and seasoning.
Tip: For best results, turn the corn every five minutes.

Transfer the cooked corn to a large plate or baking dish. Spread 1 tablespoon of the honey-lime butter onto each corn cob, cover with foil and rest for 5 minutes.

Serve with the remaining butter.
