Why my keep warm plate turn off after brewing on my OptiBrew drip coffee maker?

The keep warming function can be customized by using the "AUTO OFF" setting.
You can set a time from 0 to 4 hours.
If you set zero the keep warming plate will turn off right after the brewing is completed.
