½   pineapple, peeled and diced
½   Romaine lettuce, chopped
10 leaves mint
250 ml coconut milk
1 juice of lime

Instructions

STEP 1/3

Surprise your guests with an invigorating green summer smoothie! Add the pineapple, lettuce, coconut milk, mint and lime juice in Braun’s TributeCollection Jug blender JB 3060 and start blending.

STEP 2/3

Slowly add cold mineral water through the lid opening during the blending process until the desired consistency is achieved. For even finer results, press the turbo button for a short burst of maximum power.

STEP 3/3

Pour into glasses, serve and savor your green summer smoothie.
