120 grams tomatoes, small, colourful
1  garlic clove, small
200 grams feta
1 Tbsp Italian herbs
50 grams baby spinach
  salt
  pepper
1  ciabatta
2 Tbsp olive oil


Instructions

STEP 1/7

Preheat the oven to 225 °C broil function.

STEP 2/7

Wash and halve the tomatoes.

STEP 3/7

Peel and press the garlic.

STEP 4/7

Place the feta with tomatoes and garlic in a baking dish. Sprinkle with herbs, drizzle oil and roast in oven for 10 minutes.

STEP 5/7

Cut ciabatta into slices.

STEP 6/7

Wash the spinach.

STEP 7/7

Blend the baked feta and spinach in the beaker with Braun’s MultiQuick 7 blending shaft until creamy. Season with salt and pepper and serve with ciabatta.
