1000 grams sweet potatoes
3 Tbsp sweet paprika
1 Tbsp hot smoked paprika
2 tsp ground cumin
garlic powder, as needed
2 Tbsp sunflower oil
salt, as needed
pepper, as needed

Wash the whole potatoes with the skin on, then cut them into wedges; rinse them again under running water to remove the starch.
Meanwhile, combine the oil, spices and seasoning in a medium bowl, mix well to ensure everything is evenly combined.
Transfer the potato wedges into the bowl with the spiced oil, mix with your hands to evenly coat the wedges in the oil.
Place the grid inside the drawer.
Transfer the coated wedges into the drawer above the grid.
Select FRESH POTATOES, 200°C, set 35 minutes and press the START button.
Tip: Remove the drawer and shake the wedges after every 10 minutes.
Serve hot as an accompaniment to a main meal such as meat or fish.
