4-6 scallops, in the shell, cleaned

20 grams breadcrumbs

10 grams Parmesan, grated

1 Tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped

1 garlic clove, (optional) minced

salt, as needed

pepper, as needed

butter, as needed

olive oil, as needed

Instructions

In a small bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, parsley, cheese, garlic and seasoning.

Place the scallops into the drawer, evenly distribute the breadcrumb mixture over each scallop, then top each one with a small piece of butter

Select the OVEN function, FISH, 180°C, set 12 minutes and press the START button.

Repeat this cooking process with remaining scallops and topping.

Drizzle with a little oil before serving.
