For the dough

  • 150 ml water

  • 5 grams fresh yeast

  • 160 grams type 00 flour, W330

  • 40 grams durum wheat flour

  • 12.5 ml olive oil

  • 4 grams fine sea salt

For the filling

  • 150 grams cream cheese

  • 80 grams sun-dried tomatoes, cut into strips

  • 70 grams parma ham, sliced

In a medium mixing bowl, put all of the ingredients for the dough. Mix well until the dough forms a ball. Oil the inside of a mixing bowl.

Knead the dough until it is smooth and soft. Shape the dough into a ball. Transfer to the oiled bowl, and set aside to rise at room temperature.

After about 1 hour, roll out the dough to form a rectangle. Spread the cream cheese across the dough, add the sun-dried tomatoes and finally the sliced parma ham. Roll the dough up from the longest side; seal the edges well.

Cut into slices about 2 cm wide. Place them inside the previously oiled drawer.

Select the OVEN function, PIZZA, 190°C, set 12 minutes and press START. Rotate half way through cooking time.

Repeat until all of the scrolls are baked.
