4 lamb cutlets
40 grams pistachios, finely chopped
10 grams Parmesan, grated
10 grams breadcrumbs
salt, as needed
pepper, as needed
olive oil, as needed

In a small bowl combine the chopped pistachios, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.
Oil the lamb cutlets well, making sure to cover the entire surface of the meat. Then coat them with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing well on both sides for an even covering.
Place the grid inside the drawer.
Place the lamb cutlets inside the drawer.
Select MEAT, 190°C, set 15 minutes and press the START button.
Rotate halfway through cooking.
