Crispy coated cauliflower is a great side dish or snack to make in the air fryer. Try spicing them up with some paprika and cayenne pepper to add a fiery kick if you prefer.

600 grams cauliflower
150 grams rice flour
200 grams sparkling water, cold
20 ml olive oil
salt, as needed
pepper, as needed
120 grams breadcrumbs, approx.
sunflower oil, as needed

Cut the cauliflower into florets, steam or boil for a 2 minutes before plunging into ice water to stop them cooking any further.
Combine the rice flour, seasoning, water and oil in a small mixing bowl to make the batter.
Dip each floret into the batter before coating in the seasoned breadcrumbs.
Working in batches, transfer some of the crumb coated florets into the drawer, add a drizzle of oil.
Select VEGETABLES, 180°C, set 12 minutes and press the START button.
Tip: Rotate the florets halfway through cooking (add a little oil if necessary).
Repeat this cooking process with the remaining florets.
