Place the prepared tomatoes into a bowl, add a pinch of salt.
Add a generous pinch of oregano, a halved clove of garlic, basil leaves, seasoning and olive oil. Cover with a tea towel and set aside.
Let it rest at room temperature for 1 hour. Then remember to remove the garlic clove.
Place the grill inside the drawer, select the GRILL function, VEGETABLES, 200°C, set 3 minutes and press the START button. The preheating phase will begin.
Once preheating is complete, oil the bread, then place on the grill and press the START button.
Once the bread is toasted and still warm, rub the remaining garlic clove on top and drizzle with a good quality extra virgin olive oil. Place a few spoonfuls of the cherry tomato mixture on top and decorate with basil leaves.
Serve.
