Why are there different speeds and a dual control system?

Different speeds are needed for different attachments. Please refer to the use instruction for detailed information.

- Kneading hook 7

- S-blades (knifes) 6 - 15

- Whipping attachment: egg-whites 4 - 5 / cream 2

- Slicing, grating and shredding inserts 1 - 8

- French-fries system 1 - 2

The pre-set speed function ensures immediate and very even results, without ramping up through all speeds. Processing starts directly at any of 11 speeds you choose, for even more control over performance
