Ingredients

Makes:

100 grams Roquefort cheese
2 heads romaine lettuce hearts, separated into leaves
6 tbsp. cream
100 grams Roquefort cheese, crumbled
2 tbsp. sherry vinegar
2  pears, peeled and quartered
4 tbsp. olive oil
1 bunch of watercress
1 tbsp. water, hot
  salt
  black pepper, freshly ground


Instructions

STEP 1/7

Place the cheese, cream, water and vinegar into the food processor. Select speed level 5 and the pre-set blending program to start directly at the desired speed.

STEP 2/7

Take out Braun’s IdentityCollection Food processor FP 5150. Due to the versatility of the high quality attachments, you always find the right attachment for your ingredients.

STEP 3/7

Slowly add the oil until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

STEP 4/7

Season the dressing to taste with salt and pepper and remove from the food processor.

STEP 5/7

Take the lettuce leaves and neatly arrange on a serving dish.

STEP 6/7

Drape the pear slices over the leaves and scatter with watercress and crumbled Roquefort. Season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.

STEP 7/7

Evenly distribute the Roquefort dressing over the salad and serve.
