1 Tbsp dried garlic flakes
1 tsp salt
1 tsp smoked paprika
2 Tbsp black peppercorns
2 Tbsp dried cumin
2 Tbsp dried oregano

Instructions

STEP 1/2

Put all ingredients into the Braun coffee and spice grinder accessory and pulse until coarsely crushed. Perfect spice mixture is then ready just within seconds.

STEP 2/2

Store in an airtight container to keep the spice mixture fresh.
