12  basil leaves, fresh
600 grams watermelon, peeled
200 ml coconut milk
2 juice of limes


Instructions

STEP 1/5

Wash the basil leaves, remove watermelon from rind and peel the two limes. Slice the watermelon in roughpieces.

STEP 2/5

Place the 1.25 l jug underneath the spout and disable the anti-drip system by simply pushing the drip-button.

STEP 3/5

Successively fill the leaves, the watermelon and the limes into the chute of the Braun Spin juicer andprocess on speed 1. The high performance juicing system lets you get the most out of your fruit – quickly and conveniently.

STEP 4/5

Fill the fresh juice into a glass and add the coconut milk.

STEP 5/5

Decorate with basil leaves and enjoy!

This recipe can be also prepared using J 700 or Braun’s TributeCollection Spin juicer SJ 3000. You can also use Braun’s IdentityCollection Food processor FP 5160.
