Ingredients

2  tortilla wraps, wheat tortillas
1  egg, boiled
0.5  cucumber
1  pepper, red or yellow
40 grams mixed leaf salad
110 grams tuna steaks, in their own juice (112 grams)
1 small red onion
1 medium tomato, optional
100 grams cream cheese
  salt
  pepper

Instructions

STEP 1/3

Peel the egg and wash the cucumber. Wash the pepper as well, quarter and dice with Braun’s MultiQuick 9 food processor attachment using the dicing insert.

STEP 2/3

Peel and quarter the onion and the tomato. Drain the tuna steaks and blend with onion, tomato, cream cheese, salt and pepper in the 500ml chopper attachment until creamy.

STEP 3/3

Place the tortillas next to each other and spread with tuna cream. Top with lettuce and diced vegetables, season with salt and pepper and roll up into wraps.

Simply make double the amount and you're set for your next lunch. The wraps are great to take with you.
