Ingredients

60 grams rice
0,25  red onion
60 grams chicken breast
2 tbsp. rapeseed oil
100 grams apple
100 grams parsnip
50 ml water
1 tbsp. raisins
 pinch of cumin
0,25 teaspoon thyme


Instructions

STEP 1/4

First, the rice cook according to package directions without adding salt.

STEP 2/4

Peel the red onion and finely chop 5 Baby MQ 20 chopper attachment in MultiQuick. Rinse the chicken breast fillet in cold water, dry it and cut into strips.

STEP 3/4

Heat the canola oil in a pan and cook the onion with the chicken breast strips therein.

STEP 4/4

Cut the meantime apple and parsnip into chunks and add. Quench with water (150 ml). Raisins and spices to give and let it simmer for about 15 minutes on low heat.
