Ingredients

2  mangos
3  passion fruit
1 tbsp. clear honey
200 ml orange juice
100 ml Greek yoghurt
 pinch of cardamom

Instructions

STEP 1/5

Slice the flesh away from either side of the mango pit, then scoop the mango flesh away from the skin.

STEP 2/5

The mango pulp can then be frozen until you are ready to serve.

STEP 3/5

To finish, place all ingredients in Braun’s Tribute Collection Jug blender JB 3060 and blend until smooth.

STEP 4/5

For even finer results just hit the turbo button to give a short burst of maximum power.

STEP 5/5

Pour into tall glasses to serve.

This recipe can also be prepared using Braun’s Identity Collection Food processor FP 5160 or FP 5150 with its jug blender attachment. You can also use Braun’s Identity Collection Jug blender 5160.
