Ingredients

2  mangos, soft to touch
3  passion fruit, pulp removed and strained
1 tbsp. clear honey
200 ml orange juice
100 ml Greek yoghurt
 pinch of cardamom, ground


Instructions

STEP 1/5

Slice the flesh away from either side of the mango pit, then scoop the mango flesh away from the skin.

STEP 2/5

The mango pulp can then be frozen until you are ready to serve.

STEP 3/5

To finish, place all ingredients in Braun’s Tribute Collection Jug blender JB 3060 and blend until smooth.

STEP 4/5

For even finer results just hit the turbo button to give a short burst of maximum power.

STEP 5/5

Pour into tall glasses to serve.
