Chicken Meatballs with Lingonberry Dip

Ingredients

Makes:

4 tbsp. full fat yoghurt
2 tbsp. fine oat flakes
1 tbsp. low fat quark
 to taste Salt
1 tbsp. parsley
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 tbsp. oil
4 tbsp. full fat yoghurt
1 tbsp. cream cheese
150 grams chicken breast
2 tbsp. lingonberries
 to taste parsley
4 tbsp. full fat yoghurt
4 tbsp. full fat yoghurt


Instructions

STEP 1/5

Wash the meat and pat dry.

STEP 2/5

Chop the chicken into large pieces and then mince with the quark using the Braun MultiQuick 5 Vario Hand Blender 500ml chopper attachment.

STEP 3/5

Add the oats, salt, pepper, parsley and lemon zest and mix. Use damp hands to shape 10 small balls from the dough, cover and set aside to cool.

STEP 4/5

Heat oil in a non-stick pan and fry the chicken meatballs at a medium heat until golden brown. Remove from the pan and place on kitchen paper to remove excess oil.

STEP 5/5

Prepare the dip by mixing all ingredients in the 500ml chopper and serve with the meatballs.
