500 grams broccoli
1  shallot
1 clove garlic, optional
3 medium eggs
50 grams milk, or crème fraîche/ vegetable cream

Mix the bread rolls in the 350ml chopper attachment as well to make crumbs.

STEP 3/6

STEP 4/6

Mix the remaining Parmesan with the breadcrumbs and sprinkle over the broccoli.

STEP 5/6

Bake in the preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 20 minutes until golden brown.

STEP 6/6

Tip: Instead of broccoli, cauliflower is also great for making rice.
This recipe was prepared using Braun’s MultiQuick 9 (MQ 9175XL). Prepare the recipe also with one of our other models. A 350ml chopper attachment is not necessarily needed but you can simply use the food processor attachment with the chopping tool instead or the 500ml chopper attachment
