Ingredients

Makes:

1 zest of lemon
100 grams sugar
300 grams avocado
400 grams cream
 pinch of salt
 as needed raspberries


Instructions

STEP 1/6

First whip the cream until stiff in the MultiQuick using Braun’s MQ 7 whisk attachment and place in the refrigerator.

STEP 2/6

Thoroughly wash the lemon, pat it dry and remove the zest.

STEP 3/6

Place the lemon zest, the sugar and the salt into Braun’s chopper attachment (350 ml) and mix.

STEP 4/6

Now squeeze one lemon half and stir approx. one tablespoon into the remaining ingredients.

STEP 5/6

Peel the avocado and remove the stone. Remove the fruit flesh and purée smooth with the other ingredients using Braun’s MQ 7 blending shaft.

STEP 6/6

Carefully fold in the whipped cream and pour the dessert into small bowls. Put in a cool place until ready to serve, and optionally garnish with a little cream and a raspberry.


This recipe was prepared using Braun’s MultiQuick 7 hand blender with its blending shaft, the whisk attachment and chopper attachment (350 ml).
