25 grams millet
200 ml whole milk, 3.5% fat
0.25  apple


Instructions

STEP 1/3

Millet with the Multiquick 5 Baby MQ. Boil the sorghum meal with water, then reduce the heat and let soak for about 3 minutes while stirring.

STEP 2/3

Peel the apples, remove the seeds, cut into large pieces and then 5 Baby MQ chop 20 chopper attachment in MultiQuick. Add the cooked millet meal and mash everything into a homogeneous slurry.

STEP 3/3

Fill the help of the spatula into a bowl and feed immediately.


If the baby is already longer eats this porridge, the apple may not necessarily be peeled and the apples may be slightly lumpy.
