Place the peanuts in Braun's MultiQuick 5 Vario 500 ml chopper attachment and chop them into fine crumbs. Add the dates, cocoa, salt and maple syrup and mix until smooth.
Line a tray with parchment paper.
Shape the mixture into 25-30 balls with your hands and place them on the tray.
Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Add 1 tablespoon of oil and stir until smooth.
Dip one praline after the other into the chocolate. For that, place a bite on a tablespoon and dip it in the chocolate. Let it drip-off a little and put it on the tray.
Let the chocolate dry in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
Place the praline bites into small paper bags to give as gifts.
