50 Gramm Quinoa, colourful

2 Rote Paprika

1 Tomate

1 Zwiebel, small

1/2 TL Salz

1/2 TL Pfeffer

1 Prise gemahlener Zimt

120 Gramm Kichererbsen aus der Dose

10 Gramm frische Petersilie

Anweisungen

Step 1

Rinse the quinoa under running water and cook according to the packet instructions.

Step 2

Meanwhile wash the peppers and tomato. Halve and deseed the peppers.

Step 3

Peel and finely chop the onion and the tomato with the MQ5 chopper.

Step 4

Drain and rinse the chickpeas.

Step 5

Mix the quinoa, tomato, onion, chickpeas and spices in a bowl.

Step 6

Fill the pepper halves with the quinoa mix and place in the MultiFry 5. Cook on the oven-program for vegetables at 180°C for approx. 15-20 minutes.

Step 7

Wash and roughly chop the parsley.

Step 8

Sprinkle the stuffed peppers with parsley and serve.
