1 cuori di lattuga romana

1 cipolla rossa

4 ravanelli, optional

1 tsp. miele

1 piccolo cetriolo

150 grammi pomodori ciliegini, optional

100 grammi salmone affumicato

formaggio di capra, fresh, or cream cheese

1 tsp. senape

1 tbsp. aceto di vino bianco, or apple cider vinegar

2 tbsp. acqua

2 tbsp. olio d'oliva

Istruzioni

Step 1

Wash the romaine lettuce, pull apart the larger leaves and halve the cherry tomatoes.

Step 2

Peel the onion, wash the radish and cucumber and slice with Braun’s MultiQuick 9 food processor attachment using the fine slicing insert.

Step 3

Mix everything well and drape into a bowl. Spread the goat's cheese and salmon over the salad.

Step 4

For the dressing, use the whisk attachment to whisk all the ingredients together in a bowl and spoon the dressing over the salad.
